Calcarius, 1L Orange

Summery and fresh, with lovely notes of tangerine, orange zest and lime. 11.5% abv Grapes (100% Falanghina) are hand-harvested and destemmed. The grapes ferment traditionally in stainless steel tanks, in contact with the skins for about 5 days with indigenous yeast only. The wine is unfined and unfiltered, with a small amount of sulfur added at bottling. N.B - The numbers on the labels refer to the chemical element calcium (Ca), its atomic number 20, and atomic weight 40.08.
